Q: What is your pricing model?

A: We operate a fixed fee basis - all fees are agreed in advance so you know exactly what you are paying for, our accountants do not charge by the hour. There are no surprises: no extra charges for letters, phone calls or anything else unless you agree it first.

Q: How do I pay for your services?

A: Our unique pricing structure means you can pay in monthly installments - this also helps your cash flow which in turn is more cost-effective for you.

Q: Are AIMS accountants fully qualified?

A: Yes they are and they are also members of a professional body which include ICAEW, ACCA or CIMA amongst others. So rest assured you are dealing with experienced and reputable professionals.

Q: Are your accountants insured?

A: Yes, they all have Professional Indemnity Insurance which means you are covered if anything were to go wrong and your accountant was to blame. Please rest assured that this is extremely rare but we must be prepared for any eventuality.

Q: How do I know if an AIMS Accountant can meet my requirements?

A: Our accountants will come to your premises for an initial free no obligation meeting to meet you and understand your requirements. Their expertise covers the whole core accounting spectrum including taxation and regulatory compliance.
