AIMS Accountants are happy to assist with any audit requirements however regulations have changed and your company may not require an audit, check the criteria below and contact us if you need advice or assistance.

It used to be the case that every company with a turnover of £1,000,000 or more required an audit, but this no longer applies. Since April 2004 you do not need an audit unless you exceed 2 of the following 3 criteria:

• Employees 50
• Turnover £5,600,000
• Balance Sheet Total £2,800,000
