Henry Ejdelbaum, AIMS Partnership Managing Director
Henry, who is also Joint Managing Director for the Group, has combined his degree in accountancy, management and business administration with his experience and his specialism in marketing and sales, to great effect. The success of his marketing expertise is confirmed by the growth of the group.
Josef Sucharewicz, AIMS Partnership Director
A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, with more than thirty five years experience in marketing to independent businesses, Josef devised the Group Marketing Strategy and methods, as well the direction of the marketing aspects of training. He is also the Joint Managing Director for the Group.
Kingsley Sansom - Head of Operations
With over twenty five years business management experience, including twelve years as a Partner of a substantial provincial firm of Chartered Accountants. Kingsley covers the key areas of expertise for the group: Business Development; Training; Technical Support; Business Systems management.
Sam Cooper – Head of Marketing
Sam is responsible for the ongoing development of AIMS through the recruitment of new AIMS accountants. The development of new marketing tools and the promotion of the company through Head Office marketing initiatives also come under her remit.
Mark Squires – IT Manager
Mark is responsible for the support and development of business tools used throughout the group

The team in Park Road is backed up by a number of ancillary support staff.
