Your background

All AIMS Accountants must have a recognised accountancy qualification.  You do not have to come out of a practice background in order to become an AIMS Accountant, in fact many come from a variety of backgrounds in trade and industry.

Your experience and your proven track record will clearly show the skills you have to run your own business. We are particularly looking for someone who has the experience necessary to understand the concerns presented by the market in which we specialise.

You will have had either senior management or practice experience, a proven record of performance, an ability to work with people and by yourself, and probably most importantly, the desire to succeed.

It is not necessary to have had the experience of running your own business or to have a marketing background, one of the benefits of AIMS is the support we provide and the network of colleagues whose experience you can draw upon. We also provide a comprehensive training programme.

We are looking for Accountants who want to take the responsibility for their financial future and security into their own hands - we want to give you the backup and support you need to become an AIMS Accountant.
