I am very proud to say that I have achieved a lot in my life so far and I haven’t finished yet. I don’t have any special powers – which is a shame, but I do attribute a lot of my success to spotting long-term trends and short-term problems. If you haven’t already guessed I’m talking about planning or if you want to get technical, “KPIs”.

It’s important for any business to have a strategy and in accounting this is particularly important.

KPIs seem quite boring to a ‘non accountant’ so why not leave it to them. To cut a long story short an accountant will know exactly the right information you need to make the right choices for your business and what you need to monitor. For instance they can help with cash-flow analysis and give you targets which will help you reach your goals.

AIMS accountant are just the accountants for the job and they are quite handy with a balance sheet too. Our laid back but professional approach will help you feel at ease so leave the planning to them and do what you do best – running your business.

If you like the way we think – you will like the way we work.
