Our complete dedication to supporting you and your practice

We have a central team of dedicated professionals with one objective – to ensure you and your practice succeed. They include a team of chartered accountants who highly skilled in accountancy and tax. They will support you in all service areas and act as your mentor, available throughout the day on the phone or by email. Your dedicated mentor will also visit you to see how you are doing – every quarter in your first year and annually thereafter.

Marketing is one of the most important elements of any successful practice. The AIMS marketing team have developed tools, techniques and strategies which we know will help you get clients. They have been tested throughout the years and are constantly reviewed to keep up with new market trends and developments. Marketing forms a major part of your training, and is a cornerstone to the building of your practice. We will work with you to help with your own marketing which will complement the marketing initiatives carried out by us at central office.

We have a strong technical support team who are on hand to deal with any technical queries you have. Whether it is software or system issues the team can fix many of these without visiting your practice using online remote access which enables them to resolve any issues immediately.

To keep momentum and to keep you and your practice developing, we offer regular training sessions. These include weekly webinars on topics relating to Regulation, Tax, Accounting and Marketing to name but a few. We also run regular workshops at central office where you will be joined by colleagues from across the UK and the central team will take you through new developments relevant to your business. On top of our training systems, we provide tried and tested tools to develop your practice to a level that suits your aspirations – there are no corporate targets.
