We have a central team of dedicated professionals who have the same objective, “to ensure you and your practice succeed”. They include a team of four chartered accountants who like you are highly skilled in accountancy and tax. They will support you in all service areas and act as your mentor, available throughout the day at any time on the phone or by email. Your dedicated mentor will also visit you to see how you are doing – every quarter in your first year and annually thereafter.
Marketing is one of the most important elements of any successful practice and our core focus is to support our accountants in implementing our successful marketing systems. The AIMS marketing team have developed tools, techniques and strategies which we know work and will help you get clients. These include social media, online advertising, networking and telesales – they have been tested throughout the years and are constantly reviewed to keep up with new market trends and developments. Marketing forms a major part of your training which has been successful for our accountants and forms the cornerstone to the building of your practice. We will work with you to help with your own marketing which will complement the marketing initiatives carried out by us at central office.
We have a strong technical support team who are on hand to deal with any technical queries you have. Whether it is software issues or system issues the team can fix these without visiting your practice using online remote access which enables them to resolve any issues immediately.
To keep momentum and to keep you and your practice developing there will be regular training sessions which include weekly webinars on topics relating to: Regulation, Tax, Accounting and Marketing to name but a few. We also run regular workshops at central office where you will be joined by some of your accounting colleagues from across the UK and the central team will take you through new developments in tax and accounting, marketing and IT.
We will provide you with tried and tested tools to help you develop your practice to a level that suits your work/life balance and your aspirations – there are no corporate targets imposed on you.
We are very proud of the AIMS support system which has been put in place to guide and support you which will ultimately help you succeed in your practice. There is no extra charge for the support services available to you for as long as you are an AIMS accountant; the support team are all skilled with many years practical experience and will guide you in all areas of your business; ongoing training and regular contact will always be maintained – we want to know how you’re doing and don’t forget that we are only a phone call away if you need us.
