We contracted Pam from AIMS for the local preschool. We're a small Committee of volunteers and Pam has already made a difference to our organisation. I contacted Pam to get some help with my self-assessment. The process was very easy with her: she was on top of everything at all times, she was easy to contact, and kept me updated with all steps taken. From the first engagement I had with her, I found her very approachable, professional and trustworthy. My only comment is that she did contact me a couple of times on a weekend or late in the day. This may not be a problem for some, but I found a bit difficult to respond to queries on tax and business engagements on weekends or during out of office hours when I did not necessarily have my laptop or relevant documents/information with me. In any case, I would use her services again, no doubt.

After being with our previous accountant for years and having nothing but trouble and inadequate service to say the least....we found PAM! She is amazing! She is so thorough and organised and is such a breath of fresh air! She knows exactly what she is doing and has taken on all of our businesses and is doing an amazing job! Considering the handover has been horrendous from our previous accountant she has never given up and is easily reachable and goes above and beyond. I love the fact she will reply at weekends and evenings as in this day and age a business can be 24/7 contrary to what another reviewer said I do feel this can be essential sometimes!
