Positive mindset or prepare to fail!

I saw a quote on Twitter yesterday from Venus Williams that said ‘if I walk out on the court and I think the next person is better, I’ve already lost.’ It made me think of the psychology and the confidence that a person must have to compete. Some people are deemed to be arrogant, but I think it’s a mind-set that if you go into a situation where you want to come out on top you need to be in the right frame of mind, a positive mindset is essential.
